We decided to market this gourmet in capsules. Actually, the capsules guarantee the freshness and aroma of the coffee for a constantly perfect espresso optimizing the three fundamental factors of a perfect espresso: pressing, coffee quantity and grinding.

Our ecological capsules are made of paper (they can be disposed with organic waste).  Single – serving and stored in a controlled atmosphere, there is no air in a capsule but an inert gas, our capsules garantee an unchanged coffee aroma. The coffee quantity in each capsule (7-7,5  gr of ground coffee) is the ideal dosage  used in cafeterias. Every single capsule is created for one single espresso. 

Our capsules, with a dimeter of 44mm, can be used in every professional or house coffee maker. Our customers can therefore choose their own favorite coffee maker: we chose to work on our coffee quality. Here is a list of recommended coffee machines for our coffee capsules:
