Who process the coffee:
Our coffee roaster is Mokafè in Alba who cooperates with us with passion and professionalism. This partner is one of the first Italian “zero impact” companies (Italian project for the reduction of the ambient impact and the emission compensation) which means that the whole coffee processing has no impact on the environment, does not produce pollution and the CO2 emmissions are compensated by afforastation programms.
We believe in fact that it is important not only to safeguard the traditions, the work and the unicity of the product but also to guarantee that our activity respects the environment. The whole coffee processing needs to be ecologic in the respect of our history and environment.
